  2. Kimmi and Charles —
So sorry for your loss. Having pets is so heart warming. However, losing them is heart wrenching. Big hugs out to you both!

    • Thank you friends for your warm hugs and caring comments. It is comforting to know that so many people know and understand our loss. Annie Anne was a very special cat that was given to us, by our vet about fourteen years ago. She had been abandoned and dropped off at the clinic and required emergency surgery so save her life. She was a tiny kitten and would frolic freely around the clinic, climbing over the counters and up the filing cabinets. I was taking one of my cats in for twice weekly treatment for weeks and every visit, Sam would say, Kim I think this kitten needs to go home with you, and one day she did. She had no voice, she would open her mouth and nothing would come out. Then we went to Germany for a few weeks and we had to leave her at the clinic, because she was very sick. When we returned to the states and brought her home she could meow. Two weeks before she died, she lost her voice again. She will be forever in our hearts.

  3. Oh Kim, I’m so sorry. I know how hard this must be. That’s all, you’ve seen that you’re not alone with this sorrow. Maybe that will be some comfort. I hope so.

  4. Aw, I’m so sorry for your loss. Animals are the best, and I completely believe all kitties go to heaven. She’s with you, for sure.
